We have always made it a priority to keep a high level of support for our equipment in the field. We still offer free phone support to our customers regardless of how old the machine is. So even if you have a Rapitran 1 that was built in the 1980’s, give us a call. Nearly any problem can be resolved through our phone support.

If you are in a different time zone and cannot reach us during the day, try emailing our service department. Be as detailed as you can in describing the problem, tell us your location and company and the serial number of the machine. We will respond as soon as possible.

For Service or Training Inquiries:

Our parts desk will promptly answer any requests for spare parts quotes. If you do not have a spare parts list for your machine, describe the part in as much detail as possible. Give us your location, company name and the serial number of the machine to help us identify the correct part.

For Spare Parts:
